John and team did a great job on a leak problem that had stumped many other repair companies. The team is punctual, honest and thorough. They also helped me repair and level my pool equipment to increase longevity of pumps and piping. All in all I am very satisfied. I walk away with a fixed leak but more importantly peace of mind that the pool, plumbing and equipment has been optimized for years to come. I called John Henry after my new pool had been leaking for over a year with the pool builder telling me it's normal to lose 1/2"-3/4" of water a day! John and David were so diligent in checking every valve, pipe and jet and were able to find the culprit! There was a large Crack in a jet pipe that was washing out my patio. Not only were they able to locate it, but they were able to fix it on the spot. After that repair, they relentlessly kept checking every pipe to make sure there were no more leaks. John Henry, took the time out of his day to update and explain to me exactly what they were doing, the cost, the repairs, what could happen in the future. And the high tech equipment they used was amazing! I'm confident in their work and they have continued to follow up with me in regards to the pool and if I every have any questions or need any help they have always made themselves available to answer or come out and check. I have truly appreciated their dedication and their help and will be calling them in the future for any pool issues!

John Henry and David are great! Professionals! They did a very thorough job and sent me in my pull up for the future. Adding a manifold was key and gave them the ability to separate each suction and return line to verify integrity. Then they use their high-tech equipment to pinpoint two different leaks. One major and one minor. They had everything they needed, including scuba gear to get in the cold water and a pump if needed to drain it.

I can't even begin to describe how professional John Henry and his team were with our pool leak concerns. They were thorough, took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and they did the job right. They even helped with some mortar repair that we needed. It's extremely rare these days to find honorable businesses and contractors, as most absolutely don't care about you or your problems... only your money. And even then, the level of service and quality of work is usually sub-par for 90% of businesses (yes, I have very high standards). These guys actually care about their work because they're smart and know honor and quality breeds word of mouth referrals, which is better than any advertising. Kudos and thank you John Henry!
